Appetizer: Root Vegetable Pottage – a creamy soup featuring a medley of root vegetables

Mixed greens with pears, goat cheese and spiced pecans, champagne vinaigrette

Farmstand Chicken – a sauteed boneless breast with a light batter, topped with mozarella cheese, and a sauce that incorporates local NH company mushrooms, wine and tomato. Vegetarian option w/ bear’s head mushroom. (paired with Whipple Tree Wines)
